Welcome to Wholehearted Validation.

Wholehearted Validation is not “just” our tagline, it is why we exist. For more than 50 years as the only credentialing body focused on credentialing those who work specifically with the heart and vascular systems, we continue to improve the quality of patient care through the wholehearted support of the education and career ambitions of our emerging and seasoned credential holders.

We are embracing our philosophy with the launch of a new logo and a refreshed look.

While our previous logo was familiar for many years, it did not help us to start the right conversation about the importance of what earning a credential means to our credential holders and the patients they impact. We felt our past logo got lost in the shuffle of medical-themed brands, so we are changing it to stand out, as our new brand signature of providing vital support to our credential holders around the world, professional societies, and education programs.

Together with our leadership team, executives, board of trustees, and brand experience experts we’ve worked to create a more complete visual identity that conveys the spirit of what we do and the value of credentialing.

What you need to know about this evolution.

In the coming months, you will begin to see the visual impacts of our brand journey. Updates will be seen in communications, social media feeds, and credential certificates, to align with the new brand logo.

In the meantime, everything you have with the old brand logo / visuals is still valid!  For an organization more than 50 years old, there is a lot to change, and change takes time. We thank you for your patience.

A special message to our 26,000 (and counting) credential holders.

We see you, we hear you and we know you are essential. We are proud to be a part of your journey to deliver better patient care. We promise to support your educational experiences, connect you to a community of your peers, and cheer for you as you lead by example.

You are more than a cardiovascular credential holder, you are at the heart of all we do.
